Please note:

• All handmade beaded jewelry is final sale and nonrefundable. Each piece is crafted with care and intention, and due to the nature of custom beadwork, we are unable to accept returns.
• Bead Goon merchandise is also final sale.
• If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and photos, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Shipping Policy

We ship orders from Montana with care and intention.

• Processing time: Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be processed before it ships. Beadwork may take longer depending on complexity.
• Shipping carriers: We use USPS and UPS with tracking included on all orders.
• Domestic shipping: Estimated delivery is 2–7 business days after processing.
• International shipping: Times may vary based on location and customs. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees.
